1. No HR engagement activities 2. CEO tries to take charge of everything and messes up. Then blames the employees 3. No incentives for work 4. Resource scarcity is always a problem and you end up working 12 hours everyday 5. After all this, at the time of appraisals, they find ways to stop increment despite hard work 6. There is no stability of job
