There is nothing to like about having worked for GEPL.

Dislikes

Firstly Salary is never paid on time. Made to work extra hours with no benefita. 6 days working, Saturday also full day working for 8.30 hours. When I joined there was no body in HR since 3 and half years... Finance Controllee was handling HR appraisals. Where educated employees were denied their dues, but a housekeeping lady was given a raise 3 times in a year as she would always threaten to leave. Another employee was allowed to work only 5-6 hours despite staying very close to the office and having grown up kids. Whereas, those who travelled from distance were expected to be punctual always. Very bad work culture. Typical lala co. Later an HR joined just to dance on the tune of the co owners...a she herself felt stuck after joining his co just for 2000/- Rs more against an offer she already had in hand. Rest is history!

If there is an option to give 0 star then definitely I would have given. No single thing to like here.

Dislikes

They force employees to join office even in pandemic when the nation is thinking about lockdown, they don't care about employees(even there no health insurance or other single benefits), work life balance is so bad and their Hire and exit process is very worst.

I liked the part of being considered as an member of the dept but that was too to a certain extent only.

Dislikes

There are a lots of things that I tried not to dislike but could not keep it to me. The culture, the learning experience were quite to be looked upon. As a fresher I understood one thing and that is whether people are good or bad you need to be on your own only.

It is worse place to work, no job security, office remain open all seven days. Any time u can be fire without giving reason. No respect of employees, ready for mental harassment any time.
