Only salary they paid before month end. Believe many people stay in rented houses. So may be the management is concerned more about the roof than employee growth.

Dislikes

This organisation believes in favoritism. If you are not favorite then they just ask you to leave the organisation. If you try to change anything or implement any rules or regulations...then its guaranteed that you are out of the office. Rules to be followed by only some. Favorites are given the flexibility and liberty as per their wishes. Nobody cares after you joining. Everything you only need to get things in place. Not a tall process oriented. If you are process driven it will be very difficult for you to survive. Lot of dirty politics with toxic people and environment.

Politics, wayward rating criteria, different compensation for people in same role.

Politics, worst rating mechanism, different compensation for people in same roles, no care for employees when staffed in a project, made to work 12 hours but asked to fill 8 everyday

Company has a good work culture with smart peer group which gives ample learning opportunities. Company offers good onsite opportunities for people willing to stick longer with the firm

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow

Gep is really good organization working culture is very good over amazing part is 360 degree reviews. Promotion and appraisal is not upto the mark need to struggle more for that. As per the knowledge part and projects handling and client handling was a great experience for me. Apart from work social activity and fun was also best part of the organization.

Dislikes

Parental Mediclaim insurance is not free over here getting cut from our salary and in that also their is copayment of 10 percent. Salary is not as per the current market standard appraisal and promotion process is good but figure as equal are bad. Else really good organization for work.

The work culture, environment is very good. Company is employee centric and focused on employees issues and concerns

Dislikes

The salary is not good. If you are getting good pay and you are satisfied then great place to work. But, the salary is generally less and year on increment is very low.
