...y very unprofessional. Just kidding or ruins experience of experience candidate. They didn't showing anywhere their geovista experience because of they have documents issues not given their employees joining letter, salary slip and experience certificate. If you want HR harassment or terminate employees. Salary hold without any reason if employees not present in office on salary time (10 of every months) medical leave also includes in this policy they told this is HR absconding policy. Don't recommend any one geovista company.

This company gave me life Al though worked only for a month after that I switched to another company

Salary too late. Not an organised company ID wont be given until for several months No policy of leaves

For a fresher it is very good place to learn things and which will creat a good environment and can gain an hand's on experience. All the employees will be in very friendly nature as a family.

Dislikes

When there is no projects in the office,they are removing employees. Mainly freshers. Some people behaves Partiality. I have worked 9months in the GVT. that 9months experience no one considering as experience.

I am thankful to my previous organization because I have learnt a lot of things from there. I like that organization because the work environment is good and the team leaders also good and talented.

Some times i worked extra hours in that organization
