There is no salary increment.Basic salary is very low ,so the overtime payment also very low.Company dont want to give any salary increment ,their policy is workers got experience they can try other jobs.Hr department and account department is the bad departments in our company ,because whatever cutting from salary they will cut but at same time they dont want to give anything whatever we want.
