No justice available, adminstration, the backbone of any organisation are depriving from the beginning to till date, no future, no scope of promotion even after completion of 14/16 years of service in a particular grade for most of the people of the mentioned stream, may look after please.

The companies are small and medium scale where I am working last five years in the various field of geology, mineral exploration and geological investigation with the various team of geologist, mining engineers and drilling units.

The companies are decent, but the working condition and camping facility is not good. At the age of 65 years I do not need more money, I want to be satisfied in working condition and to work in happily collaboration.

Working at GSI is a very pleasurable job,and a challenging one.Being a scientific organisation,our administrative role is supportive and hence secondary. I love the role enacted at various capacities And the support of my seniors is immense and praiseworthy. The atmosphere at duty is jovial and social with emphasis on balanced work and extra curricular activities.
