...ecurity only for old employee who are more than 5 years old or above in company. Career growth & opportunity is less because of old employee who are strike in their holding position, your promotion or salary hike will get any time in the year if your MF AUM is increase but if its decrease any time your job will be in trouble or you will through back to your old position. First time I've seen this type of policy, I seen here first time it's happen with my colleagues, although I'm not experience it directly since 2018 when I joined this company , I never seen this type of policy any where because before I worked with many of the top company in same sector like Microsec, Sharekhan, etc. (From 2008 to 2018).

I think now it's clear for everyone who read the above points about this company (GEOJIT) Culture. And if you ask for work satisfaction, I'm little happy because most of the time I try to avoid office politics & lobby. Growth is very slow normally.

If you want stable start .. it is best opportunity for you.. as far as salary is a bit of average but overall its good organisation.. pressure is moderate.. but can handle easily if you are a hard worker.

Work pressure is far lesser compared to other broking firms and the managers are also very supportive and gives proper training and gives good support . More over the company leave policy is also good ( only after getting job confirmation NOT IN PROBATION PERIOD )

Very pressure on selling third party products, even if you complete your KRA they even give pressure on selling third party products.

The working environment is good provided if you have a good client base.

...fake incentive.... People working in sales are not even given fuel allowance.... No salary hikes, no monthly or yearly bonus, almost making your life hateful
