everything except package are poor, strict timing , they don’t provide wfh even if any urgent suitation and micro mangement give too much preassure, no security for jobs. Especially for senior people not a good company

Geodis is a good development skills to fresher, job is satisfied, and job very secured.

Salary is the must to change the Organization because salary is very low and that current situation do not handle the economical situations.

It was earlier good but not now after change in management team. No job security, people are being asked to leave without any reason.

Underpaid and no job security, very disrespectful exits of seasoned employees who are associated with them for very long years.

Excellent materials, like policies, systems, presentation, templates etc. making working references easy.

Dislikes

No growth as a professional. Most of the employees are frustrated. No team work and understanding

In covid situation they are giving more pressure to sales person and there is no job security for sales person

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issue. Our team leader is not supporting.
