The only positive is that It is remote working and people who wouldnt wnat to travel for long hours it is best suitable job for them. Other thing is company as a culture is good especially the US side but in India it seems a bit political.

There is no scope for growth and development, There is no appreciations or any monthly rewards and recognition done which is quite disappointing and demotivating. When We had joined it was just Genworth after a year it was turned into Genworth India - with Indian managers handling the overall team in India especially which has been both positive and negative. Lastly I would say it depends on the team you work for and the manager that your under. This is operations based feedback.
