There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow There have no bond for the employee. On the job training is given to new joinees.

Good for freshers, for industrial learnings and execution. It is a plateform where freshar can execute his theoretical experience to practical with individually (best thing).

Dissatisfaction regarding salary and promotion criteria is much lesser then other industry.
