Compeny is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is not too much. We working hours only 8 hours.

...nt is transparent & very good but middle management is not skilled & very crupt. Company policy are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike. Teammates are very supportive.

There is a lot of policies and the management does not address our issues. Every times salary deducted without information or any perfect reasons.

Good for freshers, for industrial learnings and execution. It is a plateform where freshar can execute his theoretical experience to practical with individually (best thing).

Dissatisfaction regarding salary and promotion criteria is much lesser then other industry.
