Good for freshers, for industrial learnings and execution. It is a plateform where freshar can execute his theoretical experience to practical with individually (best thing).

Dissatisfaction regarding salary and promotion criteria is much lesser then other industry.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
