Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and th management are transparent. Need lil bit chill time for the employees a part from the work. Company polices are soo good and appraisals are fair for normal days they used to hike salaries every year.

Every person has a different choice and different view as per mine. There should be a slightly upgrade to mind of managing a commercial company as per today's era.
