You might find some colleagues who are biased and act political which is common everywhere. Some projects might make you feel why do you even work and make you think if you will ever get a life.

It was a great experience working here. Easy to access senior teams. Collaborations were good. Got to discuss on projects which other teams were working on, which helps everyone.

Dislikes

Salary could have been better at Shanghai Gensler.

Politics, totally dumb idiotic leadership who has no industry experience. Only promotes chamchas, especially mallu people. Lots of transgender who do nothing but hide behind diversity policies and strut around like bosses. No projects. Most people are on bench doing odd jobs. No growth.

overall it's a good experience, they don't believe in office hierarchy, but believe in everyone and get everyone's contribution. You will have a relaxed work-life balance if you're in the right team.

Dislikes

It's been more than 3 years for me here and my dislikes are based on the team that one work, right now it looks like we don't have any work-life balance. only a few managers and team are like this here. But these are negligible for the exposure and knowledge you gain here.
