DO NOT JOIN WORST EXPERIENXE I HAD IN MY LIFE.

Poor Management, No job Security Management can fire any time. Notice period is only 7 Days. No Confirmation , when any employee complete his six month in this company. No future,no life

It's just one shift work. As it's shut downed company trying to get its old days back.

Management is very poor for both work and the employees. They don't value people working for them, anyone suggesting or disobeying their words is terminated.

Its Bad experience to work with Genom, there is huge employee turnover every year, they only appoint the employee to Terminate them & destroy / Spoil there career, just to satisfy the Ego of the Owner.

The Company gives opportunity to freshers from campus. Use Technology well for coordination between different offices.

Dislikes

Very unprofessional and have culture of mistrust. They don't even give fnf to outgoing employees and absolutely no job security. People work under a condition of fear and intimidation.
