They like disliking their own employees. Everyone at GOA office is mentally retarded. They believe they are money generators and every one working out in the field shedding their blood and sweat are useless. NOT A COMPANY FOR ANY SALES OR MARKETING PEOPLE.

...enses after 3 months, disrespected by office staff, no appraisals and no hike. If any credit note happens, it's cut from the salary of the field staff. The office staff is highly mentally retarded as they don't treat the field staff like humans. They don't even know how to do their own job either. This fraud company should never exist.

Salary not on time No promotional activities as per current senario. Burocracy is management Trauma care division is worst Sales need to do but not giving the lay out how to do

Very Unprofessional staff, They are hiring ABM from Finance Segment, whom have zero experiences in pharma, talking about chandigarh area

No Job security, They holds salary of new joinee employees if they are not achieving their targets, even after 1 month of joining.

THERE IS NO JOB SECURITY ,NO SALARY AND EXPENSE ON TIME , NO INVOLVMENT OF PROMOTERS , DIVISIONAL HEADS ARE USING UNAPPROPRIATE LANGUAGE .NOT SUITABLE FOR GOOD SINCERE CANDIDATES
