Work culture in team. (specifically in Microbial Upstream), They literally teach you everything from scratch and help you to grow beyond your own imagination.

Dislikes

1) Higher Management is clueless where they dragging the organisation because of there pitty ego. 2) Lack of recognition for teams. Only two teams or more specifically only two persons are doing great work other teams are donkeys and button dabane wale according to higher management. 3) No hierarchical structure in company management 4) Poisonous environment in company as sycophancy people will get recognition.

Here office space,cold room storage area, facilities occupancy more than have to be that can be modified so as to do smoothly work.
