I was not Happy the in last 2years because... Salary has not increase...anway in our country.... Every thing of the prices is high.....

As the pandemic has created a great risk in the job security. As most of the companies have started cost cutting technics and are relieving the employees, genius was also not an exemption for that. I have been relieved from my duties because of COVID 19.

Dislikes

The place where I worked was not that professionally maintained and is not cared for. Expecting a better office infrastructure from the oldest firm in this HR staffing services.

You would get help from seniors. Saturday and Sunday is off. Get your salary on 1st of the every month.

...anagers with years of experiences but they do not know what is professionallism. Increment and salary is not good enough according to your work pressure and based on the market. Employees are usually left due to the excessive work pressure and bad behaviour of the manager. A great levels of Micro management can be seen here. You would have excessive work pressure and you are doing good, but then you would good some extra clients and responsibilities in the name of "client shuffling". It is a myth. They just want to overburden your work. One could not feel valued even giving his 100% with 0 escalations from clients. The manager will give some more works in the name of companies' decision. Also please never join the HRS team under Mr Guha. In the name of HR Executive you have to do sales and whatever you have to do to satisfy your clients. They use rough language after calling into the cabin. They also practice SILENT FIRING. Employee engagement program is there just for selected teams, not for all teams. HR is inactive in those cases. They don't do anything for the employee satisfaction. They just saw the things but didn't take any steps against the higher managers, which is not a good practice at all. Here HR stands not as a back bone of the company, rather than a team who supports their close ones and the higher managers only, even they are practicing wrong. If you join in team HRS, you would be treated as a slave not an employee. You have to handle a lots of things. Also you would be insulted by the associates (third party employees). You have to serve the clients and have to face their bad moods and rough languages with a smiling and convincing face as a robot. Also you have to face the discrimination in the organisation. All employees are not treated as same. Employee attrition rate is very high. You can check there is always vacancy in the job searching platforms. As a company it is good to take service but as an employee it is not good.

All seniors and colleagues are good and supportive. Company pays salary to his employees on time

As there is no growth and salary scale also not appropriate for the current market. they use old Pf rule on basic only, although basic amount 30 to 35% total CTC.

Just salary on time and recruitment can be learnt.

1. Worst culture in PSS team (especially) 2. The general manager recruitment always interfere in personal life and insult like anything. She can abouse physically also. 3. Worst incentive structure. 4. You will give your everything still you will not get any motivation. 5. Moreover worst place to work in permanent staffing solution team. I will never recommend anyone.
