The company is fine but the seniors of the design department do not understand the importance of hard working people. It is necessary to laugh, joke, make friends. Those who keep quiet and work hard are not appreciated. Due to lack of experience of life, seniors feel that job is a race, while they do not have the experience to live the needs of job, money, work. They don't understand any value of experience. 40k for 20 years experience and 50k for 5 years experience. For the position of seniors, not only people with brains but also those who have good life experience should be such. thanks
