I have been working here since past 2 years, and this is my first cooperate job.All my seniors and managers are friendly and one can always have a smooth communication without any hesitation. I love my work culture all my subordinates are like my friends and we help each-other other then comparing.

Dislikes

...g people responsibility please give them authority i.e Designation for the same.The pay rate needs to increase as it is comparatively low from the market value.

The work teammates are friendly and profeasional too, they carrer growth is good with appraisal,i can work in a no bossy enviornment as well as i can balance my worklife with it It also provide oppoertunities for freshers to improve their skills

Dislikes

They dont reveive call on time, the queries provided by them are low standards, queries should be given according to the teaching skill rather than genext score is because after experience she/he had improved skill of teaching, the selection of the teachers should be handled by genext not by parents,they should tell our negative points or a feedback given by parents so that we will understand where we are lacking

Genext Students being a ed tech startup company has given space to all their employees to grow and work as a leader. Open culture with supportive managers. Scope for improvement and innovation, Appraisal happens once a year. Overall a healthy environment and work to grow.

Being Employees given a wide area to work and expand, a constant check on th e same is missed at times.
