...erself doesn’t come on time but expects the junior most staff to arrive on time. If they want, they deduct some people’s salary but the same is not applicable for many people. They increase the work load but discriminate over salaries, hence, pay disparity is there. Favouritism will be get promotions. But you will learn from some product managers there.

I am proud to be part of Genetix Biotech team as the top management is very helpful and polite. The teams are very collaborative and help you learn. As healthcare is evolving, there are a lot of opportunities for professional growth. The company invests in their employs, providing training and resources that have helped me in improving my skills. Overall, its not just a place to work its a place to grow and make difference.

no benefits, still awaiting variables for the year ended in March 2024. No variables policy for year started in April 2024. no leave policy, Saturdays get cancelled as per management's wish. Only get 8 holidays that too in the place of Saturdays, meaning you get a holiday in the week and your Saturday gets cancelled.

Very bad seniors. Tech support is the worst department here, everybody will blame you at the end. Complete clerical job. I won't recommend. Sometimes they forced to work on Sunday.
