company culture is becoming toxic day by day. Full blame game is going on. Here you will work less and give more updates to others, who are not related to your work. Genesys is not the same genesys what it used to be.

It use to be good place. in last 8 years it became degrading. HR and other support functions use to be employee friendly. it is not anymore.

Dislikes

Bull S policies from HR, they reinvent new policies to shut people down. They claim they are doing empathetic efforts to have equality etc. but their india policies looks much deviated from global policy. Slave mentality will never change to indian HRs

Lack of focus for India, CEO talking about empathy, but no empathy when firing people who are over performing just because the ceo and his entourage took wrong decisions. changing goals middle of the year. India HR policies are not supportive of employees, policies meant for the management. HR responses like a AI bot - this is the policy when asked difficult questions. It is not Genesys India but Genesys as a company for its Indian unit that is bad.
