I liked some of the teammates I worked with. The process driven nature of the work was good to help feel organised and in control.

...balance was encouraged as a notion, but nothing was done to help make it happen. The pay was barely adequate.

Management is pathetic and does not know what they are doing. You are made to work like a mule with no recognition. There is a ton of politics which hinders everything. Your health, both mental and physical will suffer if you work here.

work culture deteriorating day by day No respect for employees Condescending attitude No work-life balance No management support Some people here love to step on you for their own gains While there is good L&D there are no checks to see if they are actually getting implemented Lack of availability of senior leaders for counsel and lack of junior resources Always on the lookout for a scapegoat to blame. No one truly takes ownership Processes and SOPs will ensure that work hardly happens

I learnt a lot, they gave me the space to explore and had a regular task throughout the internship of content calendar updation and some short term new task. The regular task helped me to grow by compounding and analysing my work daily. It was structured and my team lead was very inclusive and supportive that gave me the scope of taking risks and trying new styles in content

Dislikes

I wanted to explore more task under the job role to be better prepared for the role in future.
