Dislike Everything, in the first place company needs to revise the basic policies and restructure the recruitment process to hire valuable talents rather than useless A..holes.

Good teamates, friendly atmosphere. GM started giving work from home option,but limited.

Dislikes

No vision by the leaders. Leadership is terrible with all talk and no work. Lots of pretenders and too much politics. All managers think they know everything. They can literally talk about anything and everything. They love to look good in front of their managers and take credit for themselves. No proper recognition and too many egos. The place has become rotten and leaders got promoted in bundles and have know working level skill or technical knowledge. There is beginning to get a big disconnect from Headquarters and it is getting quite clear that they are not finding any value. All expats who came to TCI have all left back.

I would SAY that working in GM is dream come true in anyone's life. I always feel fortunate to be a part of GM. Overall work culture is fantastic with young and energetic team members. Working in a team pays wonderful, I learnt this in GM only.

The company is good to work with if you are looking for work life balance. Your hard work will be appreciated, but you won't be forced to strech. Good culture as people are open in sharing their know how and learnig.

Dislikes

In general managemant style is haphazard. The management does not seem to have any unified goals and a pathway to achive them. Appraisals are not very great. And with General Motor's grim performace worldwide you never know when they would close this centre !

GM TCI is one of the best Automobile Company interms of career growth & opportunities, We work and support Globally, Our primary Stake holder stay's in US, So we get an opportunity(on-site) to visit the Automotive Hub of US i.e. Detroit. Our Colleagues are from various cultural backgrounds and that makes us Happy working together. We deliver some of the quality projects & recognized for our efforts.

Dislikes

The Politics in the top management gives us something a different opinion which makes us to dislike, Work environment needs to improve, Travel opportunities are not disclosed and at the end Employee is the sufferer.
