No clarity, Transparency with is exactly opposite of GE beliefs. Pay is not equitable to work load, Too much workload and process. Which are imposed on Engineers. Other functions are not made that accountable.

This company is good for skill development and learning. Good compensation compared to other organizations.

Work culture is pathetic. There is no work life balance. Lot of civil engineers working in mechanical design/analysis domain.
