There are many good aspects of working at govt administrative department. Here we meet very senior collegues who have great job experience and they love to share it. We learn a lot from them. Environment is very friendly specially senior co-workers care new comers a lot.

Dislikes

I was actually recruited on contractual basis. It was like freelancing. Workers worked under a contractor and they were paid by him after deducting his commission. Payments were always delayed. We were highly underpaid
