Production department head Sunitha bulla is very bad she speak very sweet but puting fire on back side iam not see like this kind of politics i think to learn the politics her She manipulate and put fight between microbiology team , my manager, and microbiology team suffered due to her politics. She support only genomics team and treat badly to Microbiology team and wanted to take over microbiology so she kept blaming microbiology. When we give cell pellet , genomics team couldn't purify they hide from all departments and internally blame microbiology and management doesn't know about it

Learnt basic techniques and skills, and only good thing is my colleagues and friends.

Management is not good, judgement is not correct here and overall not a good working and healthy environment always pressure no appraisal hike and benifits, only they require work, not an employee freindly

I am writing this review again as my review was removed as I wasn't buttering in review . My review is still same . Please avoid this company if you are joining in procurement or any other operational department . Management has no knowledge of supply chain world . They think procurement has to work more than other dept for the company . I again repeat micromanaging exist here . You can find better place than this organisation .

Management lacks the understanding of Life Science Business. Their main buisness in in Diagnostics. Less focus on team building. Low Retention of employees. The work culture is not stable. It keeps changing with the change of CEO.

HOD’s, they don’t know anything about the products and the market, Money minded, Money centric policies and procurement. Zero knowledge in Molecular diagnostics product development.
