You can learn many things For Beginners it's good place to learn (but) New management working on issues but still i faced these issues

...lf. Company need Leaders, few are there but bosses are many with Old theories Salary - they're paying good for new recruits what about current and experienced employees?.. For boss Morning performance to Management, many employees staying late to complete the work ( in appraisals time they can't even archive their targets). How come they'll come with kaizens & innovations?. Holidays - are very planned, bosses will plan Overtime for employees , enjoy there Leave and won't even pick the phone Better remove holidays from company policies, if a team can't plan and executive the Schedule and Target. But Managers will Get promotion that even in holidays time also they worked (actually who worked) Employee satisfaction - HR departments acts like they're always busy, don't know for who's sake they are working. Anything you want ask, only one person working day and night for years, he also won't be treated well If you're joining means, they'll give all respects, anyway slowly it'll fade, once you give Resignation, HR stop considering you as human Only top management only gets smooth reliving (others 🤣 papers & Settlement will be sleeping in either HR table or account but they'll say Top management didn't approve it )

...d people will get lot of chances to get different exposure in varies department. Pay package may look slight little compared to MNC , but they provide their best to their employees in the job market

Pervious I had no knowledge about 8D & PPAP & Audit process, after I joined in Genau I learned more about Customer complaint & SQA process. Knowing more about how to work with limited sources. There are so many changes had came with the companies more benefits about employees and their monthly performance on their works.

No manager have managing capabilities. From top to bottom,all are playing politics. Manager will never recognise work.No good increments. No good promotions. They are telling timings are upto 5.30.but need to stay atleast 6.45
