it's very hard because i can't think of anything in the school which was good except few dedicated students .

They aren't running a school they're a scam that bullies employees over the customers and other established employees. They understand politics if you deny surrender they'll fire even at using a red pen

Co teachers are really helpful and caring

They don’t have any professional ethics they want their employees to just follow the directions without using their own brains. They treat as they are doing a favour to you for keeping you as a teacher you are just a worker for them the moment your work is done they’ll treat you like a stranger. In a holy place like School they keep on doing dirty politics they’ll promote you only if you’ll follow the leaders blindly. They don’t even feel the teachers deserve a cup of tea in a nice ceramic cup they believe that the admin team can have tea in good nice. cups but the teacher who is supposed to be one of the main pillar of an organisation will have it in a tiny paper cup that too after lot of requests . They don’t have any clear policies they change the policies according to their convince. I would never suggest someone work here and loose your mental stability

Worst timetables ever seen in any school. No job security. No working culture. Management is lead by people who just know how to pressurize their employees.

Dislikes

As already mentioned above. The top management and then the co ordinator and everyone is just behind the teachers. CBSE norms are just overruled by unlimited no of classes, extra working hours and less payscale.

They are very unprofessional.managment changes in every 4 months.they hired new people and management change so they fire new people no job security at all talent doesn't matter for them only those who are doing buttering they are good for them. No development of students zero percent sports facility.sports deparment is very bad and unprofessional. I will give 0 stars to them.worst school I have ever seen

Bad environment.buttering is necessary to work there.no personal growth and no students growth.Bad and old teachers who are teaching in very old style.no job security as I told buttering is must to stay in school. I will give 0 starts to them

Although GEMS is a brand name and I loved working with GEMS for previous one year but after it linked with K12 things turned out horrible! K12 management is really rude and insensitive for its employees. New challenges (without guidance) everyday and no personal life. It's a headache working with K12.

Unnecessary workload and misbehave of management.
