Teammates and work environment were satisfactory.

Dislikes

The worst part is not getting salary every month on time. At times, we would get our salary after 2 months. There is zero job security as staffs are shown the door whenever they get a candidate who would work for a lesser salary. In 2017 March, 12 teachers were shown the door.

I have worked with the best Principal of my teaching career. Teachers are really friendly and its like a second home to all the teachers.

Dislikes

Salary growth. But that also can be compromised with a stress free sleep at the end of the day.

Skilled staff, good behaviour of management, beautiful campus, transport, apparently less working hours, adequate leaves

Dislikes

Unrealistic management policies,head heavy structure,no growth,no increment,biased attitude towards staff, buttering is appreciated not hardwork. Getting dues cleared post leaving the organisation is next to impossible.Your job is secured if you focus on office politics and buttering instead of working.
