Good place for growth if you deserve it. No need to impress management. They treat each employee as family. And follow strict rules.

Dislikes

They cut 10% ctc as bonus never pay bonus on time generally 2 months delay.

Good place to start a career, lot of learning opportunities you will get , work life balance, friendly working environment no typical corporate culture good procedure & friendly HR

No proper information regarding hike , wether we will get it not get, lot of discrimination between billable & non billable resources.

Dislikes

no learnings into new technologies, Politics, appraisal is only to the people who licks boots of their managers, they will ask for productivity with out giving sufficient resources. Mainly there are two useless persons in US, one who dont know spellings and other thought that gemini wont be there if he is not there in gemini. In hyderabad, leads are great people, they appreciate those who praise them, they wont encourage talent.
