Promotion When i joined to company of beginning, i was working in sales department later on I don’t get promotions and I don’t get working with others departments and other works tats wat i was upset of it.

internal politics, no team support, no management support, Material short supply, no proper communication From Heads, they need numbers only. The worst team support ever.
