Now the owner is handling Boba Bhai, he is the most egoistic person you will ever know My suggestion would be please do not opt for Boba bhai as well. The job security is like at night you will get an email and tomorrow morning you will be out from the office, They believe working on 7 days is normal and WFH is like a crime, even if you will work hard at the time of appraisal they will tell you a story and they will delay your appraisal. There was one Criminal Kapil bhatia, who was taking care of Tech and he was CTO, he was not knowing abt API or API Integrations but he was keeping the promises for making the work done within short span of time, As the result whole tech went shut down Kapil bhatia remember you will go through the Karma, because of you still I am jobless may you get the same reward Get well soon and try to understand the Tech first then only join somewhere....

The management, their intentions and approach towards running the company is very uncomfortable for the workers. They are not really clear about their gole and frankly should not do it.

Absolutely nothing. There is no clarity from the top management whatsoever. The Co-founder is an absolute joke who does not know what he is doing or even worse does not know what he wants to do with his business. There is a lot of politics and manipulation against employees who are innocent and are just trying to get their work done. The only way one can move ahead in this company is to be a yes man to a dumb man. At the time of hiring, they will boast about the company's sales, growth etc. but one will get to see the actual picture when you enter the office. Clearly there is no job security. you feel scared to take leave because you may get fired for it.

There is a lot of micromanagement and politics. it is not a women friendly organisation. I can't believe in this day and age there is still discrimination against women in the workplace. I and a majority of women in the company were laid off without any prior notice with the reason that the company was restructuring but the narrative being spread to the current employees is that is due to underperformance and they are character assassinating. How is it possible that all the women were the most under performers? I have heard from employees before me that is a common trend that is being practiced in the company. DO NOT...JUST DO NOT JOIN GEEZY OR BE INVOLVED IN ANY SORT OF BUSINESS WITH THEM. they will, without a second thought flip you over and go ahead. They have no sense of ethics or any credibility. There is a big hire and fire culture. At least the minute hint as to how to run a bloody company. They have also delayed my final settlement thinking that it is no big deal. Which ethical company even does that. honestly, the top management should shut the company down and take some time off to introspect on all the things they have done.

The only good thing about this organization was the peers. Met and worked with talented individuals who have a bright future ahead.

The company was in terrible hands towards the end. The Co-founder took over and ruined the culture. He fired teams for his own lack of planning. There was no one in the management competent enough to save the business. So now the co-founder is venturing into another business. But he has a history of repeating his mistakes, so soon he will fail again. Unfortunately the co-founder has no ethics, so he will misbehave with the employees. He even gossips about people. Because of this behavior no one respects him. I wish someone could put some sense into him. No one likes to work with him, other than his female partner. She keeps getting promoted, and only her job is safe. No team outing, no appreciation... people lose motivation here. Even after working here for 2 years, never felt stable. Always some or the other drama keeps happening.
