Correspondent forcing teachers to do what he thinks in his mind, without telling it orally. If we don't align with what he thinks, he will say biased comments and start to corner us. He never say what he expects but keeps on saying, we are not good team. Too many meetings. Everyday there is meetings and those meetings never end during working hours. Everyday we go home late. He doesn't give proper respect to teachers. Policy and procedures changes whenever correspondent likes to change.

Lot of trainings and learning opportunities ,creating leadership qualities among the teachers and the students .

Dislikes

Manupulation ,bad mouthing ,extreme level of ploitics ,lack of cooperation and guidance from managements ,without analysing punishments based one side views.

No work life balance. Sick culture and biased attitude . The whole school functions on WhatsApp conversation.Dominating attitude of teachers is encouraged.

Dislikes

Long working hours and after school hours conversations till midnight in official functioning WhatsApp group condemning others is the normal routine. So much is needed to revive the school to benefit the students.but nothing is done for that.
