No PF No job security, you don't know next movement you are going to work or not Soo much of partiality Soo much of politics Chairman uses bad words on employees and he literally treats employees like slaaaaaves, he doesn't look not even like a human to the employees Chairman is the third class person and created company profile third class culture. Here CFO Abhishek big gamer, and chemcha Amar these both plays a vital role in Accounts department, being CFO he supports Amar who not even works and pusses all his work on others and shows off like he worked, how much he will work all the staff in the company knows, but he is having CFO support, no employees will say anything to him, So many employees came and went, no use of joining in this company is waste of time and it will be bad and worst experience in your life Amar won't do work, frankly speaking he not even knows journal entries don't know spellings, don't know to talk in English, and CFO Abhishek supports him, For silly silly reason they says employees to leave the company on spot and they will take a letter, like you asked for resignation before one month They will eat your confidence, your confidence level will fall down, soo much of humiliation in the office, In the present situation I never saw such bad culture company who does not give value to the employee and treating literally like slaaaaaves and using bad words, abusing employees, I strongly recommend not to join such worst company and third class company, if you join also guys will write the same review, I'm sure about it. I want to educate you guys these company is worst culture company, don't join these company and waste your valuable time and health, no use of joining this company, I strongly request you guys not to join in this company and suffers by being in between such worst people in the company mainly note down the names CFO Abhishek and Amar, obviously Chairman is the third grade person uses bad words, shouting oofff you will suffer from trauma if you guys join this company, Please don't join such worst company I pray God not to allow any employees to join in such low grade company
