Job security is very poor, They don't pay for food for extra hours They don't even provide travel allounce for late night travel They don't bother if employee working late for their work

Work Life balance is good , its definately good place to work ,you will get lot of opportunity to learn ,the leadership is also good and helpful , job security and medical benifit is added advantage

If the manager is changed there might be a progression in the team itself , nobody ever speaks a word about it no incentives given to TA team working there was like a machine being programmed to work . Please do not join TA team and if u get a call from person named Dipika do not call
