A lot of cost cutting on transportation combined with lack of trust for giving work from home to users and lack of support from managers puts us in an awkward situation

Likes

Transport facility is very good, transport and admin guys are very co operative.

Dislikes

Shift timing, salary gets deducted incorrectly every month, if target not achieved: will be marked half day, unnecessary extension of shift everyday, favouritism, AM consuming tobacco on work floor, consuming substance and coming to office, bad hr policies, etc

They didn't give me my salary properly the didn't give me my fnf properly maneger was very very very bad and tl is bad more then manager they both didn't help me about my salary hr was very rude and they don't have manners how to speak with employees gebbs company is disgusting

...ork best to provide pickup -drop to all employees. They are taking care of that. No salary issue.

...nd some are going to end soon. there are no hike no growth no skill development. Unless and until u have to just work for 8hrs and taking salary upto 12k Or 15k only not more than that. Don't waste your valuable time in this company.

I would like to say a big THANKS to GeBBS for not keeping me unemployed and provide me to to courage to survive in this situation. I was Covid-19 patient and I realised that I have a family not only my real parents but yes GeBBs is another one. Thanks to my All Seniors , Manager’s and management-Manisha Mohite Mam, Moazzam sir, Senthil sir and HR team, Admin Team, Account department & special Thanks to Our IT Team🙏🏻
