We have to be on system for 7.55Hrs. We have to come down for dinner from 3rd floor or 4th floor. No stairs to come down. We have to wait in cafeteria for seats. Few managers don't know how to talk with their subordinates. Example - Feroz

Transport facility is very good, transport and admin guys are very co operative.

Shift timing, salary gets deducted incorrectly every month, if target not achieved: will be marked half day, unnecessary extension of shift everyday, favouritism, AM consuming tobacco on work floor, consuming substance and coming to office, bad hr policies, etc

...d was great. Trainers are very well teachers, U can literally enjoy this period. Also salary creadited on time.

Well, Work- Own life balance, will not work here. That the main concern, Many Team leaders, also managers they will just focus on targets, how much u r doing.Even if u r doing less with good quality, That just not worth it here . Extending is regular even after office hours. Here training period is only great..

...s RTI - ED. Manager is very bad and rude, the whole management team is with him. Target is more that salary worth. You have to extend 2-3 hours to complete the target. Management is not taking any action on manager even if they are wrong. In RTI - ED you don't have any personal life. Other processes are nice as compared to RTI ED but if you want to destroy your career than come in RTI - ED IN Gebbs healthcare solutions.
