I have been an employee here over last 8 years..its a women friendly work environment. Products are world class & of high demands so our job never ends. We are satisfied with the kind of work we do. Still we seek some better learning & hands on training sessions as well for more practical knowledge & improvise problem solving skills. During Covid company has provided all sorts of supports. Provided work from home facility, sufficient masks, sanitizers, every employee was instructed well about the new Normal and keeping physical distance. During office hours rules are being followed strictly. Total no. of employees on daily basis is maintained 20 to 22.

Dislikes

One major drawback is Salary structure of every employee irrespective of same level is different & they are not justified.

No Growth No Promotion No training Micro Management like lala company No customer orientation Overall this is worst to work as it will ditch you every moment of your life. Very few employee who joined GEA Westfalia Separator India Pvt Ltd before 2013 enjoying their life, otherwise after that it become hell to work.

They paid absolutely no attention for the COVID breakout . They didn’t even care to provide hand sanitizers in the common entry point . We literally had to follow up with the HR and safety officer to provide one . It was a huge disaster the way they carried out precautions . No temperature checks .

Dislikes

In short, it’s a good company if you are old and planning to retire . Cz there is no job for you to do there . And even if you get some work , it’s basically some waste works which doesn’t include the core concept . Also the job profile which they advertise will be completely different from the actual job you do . It’s basically a scam . The only good point is you’ll have a good work life balance Cz there is not much work load . So if you’re above 50 , feel free to join the company . Buy for youngsters who are poking forward to develop and build a good career , it’s a no go. Stay away .osy of the members in the management or admin is really bad . But there are also good souls in there . If you get to work under them , consider yourself extremely lucky .

they are too short of employee, everyone is overloaded with work. No equal and proper distribution of work, worst increments and below par salaries. The organisation is driven by legal and auditors. Working culture is more of govt company where piece of paper has more value then actual work, employee or customers.
