I'm Automation Engineer. I like the Job I do at GE.Free to express your concern.No stress to complete the work.Flexible time to enter the office in morning. Worked couple of years in Engineering and it's really nice to work with Engineering Team.

Dislikes

Being at Commissioning and service team,Travelling is really difficult, because of sudden plans. There won't be prior update on the kind of work need to be carried out at site. No over time payment for the extra hours worked at site to complete the Job. sometimes you will be assigned to job which you are not experienced with or not even known. I do receive appreciation from my client and from my managers as well, but it's worthless with respect to year end appraisals, won't get what you deserve.

Likes

The company is excellent one fos of r work life balence and provide good leaves and working hour, flexi working and working from home. Company cuture is excellent in term of sharing our views to any level. Postive attitude at all level and giving importance to each and every one emplyee with equal respect.

Dislikes

The job security is very less ad there is lot of changes are happening around the company. More and more networking requred in the company for growth.

Likes

Lot of respect given to women employee. Good work culture. Family functions with company money, cab, medical facilities, good management, People will listen to you even if you are a fresher.

Dislikes

Sometimes long work hours it depends on individual's capability and type of project that you are assigned to.
