The culture of the company is something which stands out for me. Open door policy, flexibility for the genuine cases, people-centric HR policies, no micro-management from the leaders, empowering someone to take the key decisions are some of the aspects which I like about this organization.

Dislikes

The compensation is not best-in-class as per the IT industry. The long-term onsite opportunities are not there too. So if someone is looking for some of these aspects, then it might not be the right place for him/her.

Dislikes

Salary to be bench marked with market rate,salary difference between existing and new comer is significant. Need focus on digitization of data entry roles - legacy practices.

In GE healthcare there is lots to learn if you r a fresher u can surely learn a lot and there are multiple projects to work on so its a nice place to learn.

Dislikes

I believe the compensation could be more aligned with the level of work we are delivering. That said, the organization does offer a good work-life balance, which is a positive aspect.

Poor pay package. Lot of hierarchy. Promotions often given by just changing the designation, no promotion letter given and then they forget you. Top heavy, all oppurtunities and decisions made by experienced people. Middle level professionals dont have much to say.

As a service provider company it is very good. The company have very nice facilities and work environment.

Dislikes

Compensation is OK but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Managers do not value your efforts abnd the individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the tim. Also there is no job satisfaction.
