... 6. No matter how much loyal and hardworking you have been , your value is 0. 7. You will not get your last month salary no matter whether you have served notice period or not. 8. They force to Take online Classes from 4:30 AM in morning and from 7:30 PM in evening.

... they hide so many things from the very beginning.not gave appointment letter...they deduct huge amount of salary every month without any official information in the name of covid...last one year faced huge financial problems due to management of G D Goenka public school purnea.. not happy atall... Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
