Seriously trying to find something to like.

Dislikes

Non payment of salary on time. They will make you beg for your hard earned money. Zero accountability taken by the senior management. Passing the buck and getting the monkey off your shoulders are the core company values. Spineless CEO who will not come in front and take any responsibility for the bad financial situation of the company.

There is nothing to like it's a startup even after 15 years of operations where people don't know the basic manner and etiquette. Non professional and ethics less work culture. Managers satisfy their egos by exploiting and spoiling the career of individuals.
