I don't understand that The 5 star reviewers were really worked or not. the management's opinion is "India has 100 million population, they will easily get anyone to work in their organization, If you want to work in their organization then listen to them, forget your family." Even their most senior employee is forgotten family, and stay 24 hrs at the office and do oiling to the director. They expect the next day to get results by developing a new product. The worst thing is they get the approval of their product by purchasing other brand's products. Even 1 star is more for them.

If you ask for a salary slip, they will start imagining that you are going to leave their organization, and they will start ignoring you, and ask your junior employee to not share documents with you. Asking for a single leave is a criminal offense.

...ey gave me an Id card through whatsapp where no validity or signature was there. I received offer letter where salary and other financial part was not mentioned. They gave me only 4 days to leave my previous company. i request more time for notice period but they did not give more than 4 days. After working 19 days with the company when month cycle was complete and previous company complain against me for not serving 30 days notice period then GDDL HR hold my salary and did not give me appointment letter also. Mr. Abhijit sen also told me that i am not company employee as i did not get any appointment letter of GDDL. During my working period i send lot of mail but they did not give any replay through mail. They only replay on whatsapp or over phone. This is a totally trap. At last l left the company without salary. Company communication is very poor. Company have no advertisement back up for marketing. There are lot bad news available on internet against the company which create very problem to catch new market. Everybody should be aware about the technique, may be they could be good for other person. but before joining ask all the relevant documents first then only you can think for joining if you are in problem.

Its a Professional Minded company Having own R&D,In Westbengal, Manufacturing the Biotech Reagents. In Microbiology Rtpcr Kits company. Since 2017 onwards. Suppliying The Products to Government & Private Virology, Microbiology labs. People are Very Fair in all aspect. Training is excellent. A positive mind aspect Company . Pan India company having All India Marketing.

Politics. The management people are all two faced account Department is pathetic so as the seniors. They will use you and then back stab .Avoid the company. After leaving the company they play with your personal life.

Work culture is too toxic, everything and everyone is trying to demotivate you. Only the old employees will be dictating everything and there is no scope for new ideas, there is no personal life. Everyone is going to interfere and even try to ruin your personal life.
