New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

The college has the worst environment to work and salary doesn’t come on time and they expect us to work for free…especially EMD department is the worst of all and incharge if EMD Dr Shailini is the worst person I have ever seen in my life

No threats from management, polite and kind dealings, best salary amongst private institutes in AP state, good encouragement, and motivation to grow. People here do not pull your legs, do not play serious politics, and do not much talk behind the back. Student quality is good. Student-faculty & Facykrt-faculty respect is very good. Students do not dress provoking way. Labs are developed. Moderate research facilities.

Dislikes

Working hours per day are relatively more 8:40 AM to 5 PM. Only the second Saturday is off. Only 8CL and 7 EL per year. No advance intimation of vacation. Too many invigilation duties. The workload is more especially for ECE faculty. DA is not revised regularly. Infrastructure is not up to the mark.

It's a worst organization that i never suggest anyone to join.

Dislikes

The heads are so cunning and mesmerising nature. No work culture. They simply observe the candidates to grab the skills with very less pay.. And they bargain the salaries like rikshaw pullers. Working hours are 8.40 am to 5 pm.
