Dislikes

Management is very unsupportive and office timing is of very long duration. Lodging and food qualities are very poor. No holidays even not on Sunday. No any other facility.

It's very difficult to work here, old employees don't follow the system, many eployees do their own thing, feel like it's their company and there is always a danger of losing the job.

Good work environment and culture Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

...onstruction company is worst company in which staff get slapped by M.D navdeep .poor salary system where workers salary is delayed upto 4 months..poor management of fooding and lodging.

Employee is strength of Gawar construction company. Company believe in work with best quality material. If there is some problems comes in project company back their Employees stand up again with solid foundation.
