They don't have any Projects Also some projects don't have the good revenue.You don't know what is happening in the company. Some managers are toxic and work life balance is completely dependent on your project and managers.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Shared service model focused on cost cutting that readily compromises on employee health. Poor workforce management. Attrition rate always ranging from medium to high. Falling to follow and implement policies. Poor work environment that lacking basic necessities like frequently failing air conditioners, internet, food higiene, rest room sanitation etc,. No proper workspace. Lack cultural or fun events. No compliments during festival occasions. Frequently changes in the top level management.

Upskilling can be improved by bringing in more educational support for benched employees. Internal job opportunities should be implemented and encouraged. Customer is important but at the same time employee should be too. Management should back employees at tough situation or escalations

Providing food for very low cost, that's the big thumbs up.

Dislikes

...provide additional skills set training, need to provide free udemy subscription. You never get perks and benefits for sure, exept saturatory bonus. IT team is not unsupportive. Casteism at its peak here, all higher level management are OC category person. Night shift allowance is too low, need to revise as per market.
