no job security, multiple client issues, no work life balance, toxic managers, you have to put in 2 3 hrs extra daily after 9.30pm because of US client

They don't have any Projects Also some projects don't have the good revenue.You don't know what is happening in the company. Some managers are toxic and work life balance is completely dependent on your project and managers.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Falling to follow and implement policies. Poor work environment that lacking basic necessities like frequently failing air conditioners, internet, food higiene, rest room sanitation etc,. No proper workspace. Lack cultural or fun events. No compliments during festival occasions. Frequently changes in the top level management.
