Salary - low salary , more work pressure job security - very bad , can fire you any time Appraisal - bad , can fire you before the time of appraisals work-life-balance - zero skill development - zero , there is no Experienced person who teachs you , no one is team leader , no one is manager , you have to give daily reportings to the CEO directly work satisfaction - very bad , will have to work more than the office time , still not get overtime and timely appraisal.

I like that company because i salary initiate in bank account is on Time. their is no salary delay this company is financial strong and the staff of this company is very cooperative.

i hope ye company Jldi se apna IPO le aaye. i am ready take shares of that company.

This company is financial strong and trusted company. For an employee, the main thing is their salary,and due to the financial strength of this company. They provide salaries to their employees on time.

They will pay on time. Pay every penny if you quit this company. But you should keep in mind that you will have to rise your concern regarding your payment/expenses, else you can lose every bit of your hard earned money.

Hiring candidates on third party payroll basis. Working culture is very bad. Everyday hiring and firing/absconding have been happening in this company because of their bad culture and rudeness to their employees. No one listens to resolve problems which occur during working. Management and top officials of this company are not concerned any more about their employees. They treat their employee as a servent and talk very rudely and unprofessional way if you rise some concern related to work.

I found Gautam Solar Pvt. Ltd is a very productive & approachable work place. Here employees are very satisfied with all aspects like work culture, salary, employee- boss relationship etc. The management of the company is very supportive and has practical approach.
