Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Company is in terrible condition...first of all you have go off-road to reach the company.....means road is in pathetic condition After that when you reach company..... atmosphere is very bad.....there is no cleanliness...no parking area .... employees are working here like day laborer..

One think I don't like is company is giving salary on 16-20 of the month....and the salary is of previous month...also if someone is joining the company...there is no joining letter ...no offer letter ....no ID card.......so guys welcome to Gaurang

No pressure and good supporting staff

Dislikes

HR department worst they don't have skill to how to talk persons arrogant behaviour specially a old guy sambal and Rahul jha both behaves as they are owner of the company.major changes needs in company culture specially promotion at every year with decent increments to withstand with there present employee.

Dislikes

Lala company where no latest system implemented. No safety in company.Staff not educated so no rule and regulations. Pollution not controlled. No inventory. Cash purchase to save GST done ,.
